Greyscale mode is the best. Solved my problem atleast.
Aren't fed government bonds an overall loss for tax payers? You loan money to the fed that you already payed taxes on. Then the fed gives you that money back plus the yield that you have to pay taxes on. Problem is that the yield is tax money itself. So they tax you on tax money that you have already payed taxes on in the first place. So they win 2x to 3x and we lose. Or do I misunderstnd?
Totally agree that assets are more than just numbers on a balance sheet! They're like the secret sauce that can boost a company's revenue, give it a competitive edge, and help it stay nimble in this fast-changing economy. Really shows how smart asset management is key to success.
Holy Shit, its John Mulaney!
🐈⬛🖤 Sometimes I'm still confused if year 2021 and 2022 are real. Did we really talked and got connected? Or everything is just a delusion. The feelings I have for you are real. But idk about you. Sometimes I think that you never stopped loving or liking (whatever that feeling is) someone else. Hays😞 Idk if I'm safe, if my heart is safe. And if it happen to be that it's mutual why would you like me then? I don't even like myself. I have a lot of things about me that I'm still working on. I still have a lot to learn. I can't even take care of myself. Hayts. What are your real intentions?
Thank you for the information. I appreciate you sharing
Great video Nate, try reading the book called 25 Money Secrets From Donald Trump, it will change your life, i promise you
Success depends on the actions or steps you take to achieve it. Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. Financial management is a crucial topic that most tend to shy away from, and ends up haunting them in the near future.., I pray that anyone who reads this will be successful in life
how do we become experts in certain stock market sectors? What do i search?, where do you guys get your information from?
I appreciate the video, one thing that stuck out was when you went without the phone and said it made you more social. “But not in a weird way”. Comments like this make me not happy about living in 2024. apparently talking to a stranger is now taboo, what is everyone so afraid of? They go online and consume the comments of thousands of people but some how it’s wired to talk to someone in real life. That type of thinking pisses me off, and who cares if you are weird? What does everyone want to be a NPC now? I think it’s weird that you needed to specify that you “weren’t weird” when you talked to new people.
Theconversationaround "reverse" market crash (real estate and stock market) basically argues that we are nowhere near done with inflation and that we might actually experience "hyperinflation" in the near future combined with accelerating poverty levels across the nation or going thru a historical economic depression...those are the extreme conditions that have produced the reverse market crashes in most examples I've seen. I personally don't see anything that extreme coming, but who knows.
Stocks are unstable at the moment, but if you do the right math, you should be just fine. Strategists have been aiding folks in recording gains over 250k just in a matter of months, so I think there are alot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you have someone who knows where to look like i do.
Hello, how did you handle it? I believe I require a pro after reading these comments
SONYA LEE MITCHELL is the manager I use. Just research the name. You'd find necessary details to set up an appointment.
I searched her full name online and found her webpage. I emailed to make an appointment to talk with her; hopefully, she gets back to me.
My portfolio doesn’t just cater to dividend stocks. I hold $VFIAX (S&P 500 index fund) in my Roth IRA and $VTI (Total Stock Market ETF) in my taxable brokerage account. Two of my largest holdings. The individual dividend stock positions all complement the index holdings.
Diversifying with $VFIAX and $VTI is smart. It’s financial independence, not dependency, that truly empowers.
If you lack market knowledge, your best bet is to seek advice or support from a consultant or investing coach. Contacting a consultant may sound simple, but it's how I've managed to stay afloat in the market and increase my portfolio to roughly 60% early this year. It is, in my opinion, the best way to get started in the industry right now.
How can I participate in this? I sincerely aspire to establish a secure financial future and am eager to participate. Who is the driving force behind your success?
Whitney Kay Stacy is the licensed coach I use. Just research the name. You'd find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment.
I appreciate it. After searching her name online and reviewing her credentials, I'm quite impressed. I've contacted her as I could use all the help I can get. A call has been scheduled.
First of all, this whole economic chaos was powered by optimism that the FED is done with hiking interest rates. Now that interest rate crash is the situation, where do we go from here? How would you advise I safely allocate $250k funds at this point?
The market is volatile at this time, But doesn't the Federal Reserve's monetary policy and low interest rates contribute to the current valuations? hence I will advice you get yourself a financial advisor that can provide you with entry and exit points on the share/ETF you focus on.
Agreed, my portfolio is well-matched for every market season yielding 85% from early last year to date. I and my CFP are working on a 7 figure ballpark goal, tho this could take another year. IMO, financial advisors are the most sought-after professionals after doctors.
I appreciate the implementation of ideas and strategies that result to unmeasurable progress, thus the search for a reputable advisor, mind sharing info of this person guiding you please?
'Whitney Kay Stacy' is the licensed advisor I use. Just research the name. You’d find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment.
Thank you for the information. I conducted my own research and your advisor appears to be highly skilled and knowledgeable. I've sent her an email and arranged a phone call. Her expertise is impressive, and I'm eagerly anticipating our conversation.
how much I will received on the bond maturity date?
“Goodwill is essentially just the name of the company” 37:09 dawg that is just incorrect
Goodwill is the amount of money you overpaid (relative to the balance sheet you acquired) for an acquisition of another company
39:37 PPE (Property Plant and Equipment) is not hard to value. There is no interesting formula. It is valued at the cost they purchased the equipment for. Overtime they have to depreciate the asset. In their depreciation footnote they have to tell you the formula for that
Great videos moving an appointment soon 🎉😅
And this is why I ride a single speed bicycle wherever I go since 15 years ago and I never looked back and I never regretted it either. Its even better now because you could load your bicycle on a bus so it's more feasible and more convenient plus you can call an Uber or Left to wherever you wanted to go.
Guys this was before inflation
🐈⬛🖤 Thats why I'm not posting here and my mom's account because I thought I was talking to you. Did you think I ghosted you or something?

As an avid investor, I often mull over how accomplished investors are able to amass fortunes through their investment endeavors. Presently, I hold equity exceeding $545K from a recent home sale, yet I'm uncertain about my next investment move. Should I consider buying stocks at this time, or should I await another opportunity?
Explore the opportunity to engage financial advisors, estate planners, or tax consultants. Leveraging their specialized skills can support you in making informed financial decisions.
I agree completely, having a brokerage advisor for investing is a brilliant move! During the financial crisis of 2008, I was facing investing challenges until I sought the help of an advisor. To sum up, I've grown my initial investment of $350k into over $2m with the assistance of my advisor.
impressive gains! how can I get your advisor please, if you dont mind me asking? I could really use a help as of now
'Laurelyn Gross Pohlmeier' is the licensed advisor I use. Just research the name. You’d find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment.
Thank you for this Pointer. It was easy to find your handler, She seems very proficient and flexible. I booked a call session with her.
I've just completed the sale of a property located in Portland and I'm considering reallocating the resulting funds into the stock market. Despite prevailing sentiments regarding its readiness, I'm unsure about the timing of stock purchases. How long until we witness a full market recovery? Furthermore, I'm puzzled by the methods allowing others in the same market to achieve gains surpassing $200k within months.
The present market conditions could offer chances to enhance earnings quickly, yet to implement such a plan, expertise is essential.
Undeniably factual. Despite my absence of prior investing acumen, I ventured into investments pre-pandemic and managed to amass a profit of about $450k within that year. Essentially, I solely relied on professional counsel.
Lately, I've been researching advisors, but the market updates I've encountered haven't been very positive. Who's your guide?
'Laurelyn Gross Pohlmeier' is the licensed advisor I use. Just research the name. You’d find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment.
I searched for her complete name on the internet and located her page. I then sent an email and scheduled a meeting to converse with her; now, I'm awaiting her response.
Who's signing up for 23% credit card?! Schools need to start teaching basic finance. 23% is usury. It should be illegal.
Building passive income through dividends is a solid strategy, but for me, early retirement with financial freedom is the ultimate win - especially if it means having a million at my fingertips. I'm ready, but here's what I'm after: what can I do to capitalize on the next market surge and accelerate my path to independence?
The current market might give opportunities to maximize profit within a short term, but in order to execute such strategy , you must be a skilled practitioner.
I was taught well on how to save, nothing on dividends, but now in my mid 30s, I'm really ratcheting up investments with the help of a reputable advisor, realized nearly $800k after subsequent investments in barely 4 years so far. I do think I have dropped a lot of stress about finances having a long term perspective about investing.
This is great info! think your manager would get on the phone with an unknown? I'm concerned about my savings due to high inflation.
Sonya Lee Mitchell is the fiduciary I use. Just research the name. You’d find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment..
Thank you for sharing, curiously inputted her full name on my browser, found her site ranked top, and skimmed through her credentials no-sweat.. she actually shows a great deal of expertise
Did my grocery bill just jump 10%? Feels like I'm working harder for the same amount of stuff. Gotta find ways to stretch my budget further or this inflation thing is gonna flatten my wallet.
I hear you. Curbing spending is key. Look for cheaper alternatives, clip coupons, and maybe even consider a side hustle to boost your income. Every bit helps fight inflation's bite.
Firstly, rack your spending, identify areas to cut back, and free up money to weather inflation's storm. A financial consultant can help you analyze your budget and identify areas to cut back without sacrificing your lifestyle. They can also explore ways to boost your income through strategic investments. One client I worked with saw their portfolio grow by 12% last year, allowing them to build a buffer against inflation.
That does make a lot of sense, unlike us, you seem to have the Market figured out. Who is this fiduciary??
“SONYA LEE MITCHELL” is the licensed advisor I use. Just research the name. You’d find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment.
I copied her whole name and pasted it into my browser; her website appeared immediately, and her qualifications are excellent; thank you for sharing.
I am in my 40s and This is no time to taper retirement savings. I want to max out my retirement funding and I also have another $200k in a savings account that i want to invest in a non-retirement account.Would it be better going to housing? Maybe own property and let it till im ready to move in at 65.
Research some dividend aristocrats and choose six to ten firms with over 25 years of dividend payments. Also consider working with an asset-manager to build a strong portfolio.
It depends on your personal preferences and comfort level. However, one option is to keep things simple and consult an asset manager. They can help you determine your risk appetite, avoid common mistakes, and provide a broader perspective on your investment landscape. I have about ($1.25m) in non-retirement assets. Compared to the whole value of my portfolio during the last three years, I have no debt and a very little in retirement accounts. To be completely honest, the information provided by managers can only be ignored but not neglected. Simply undertake research to choose a trustworthy one.
Impressive! can you share more info?
Her name's “Sonya lee Mitchell” can't divulge much. Most likely, the internet should have her basic info, you can research if you like
I just checked her pagd and I'm really impressed with her credentials; I reached out to her since I need all the assistance I can get. I just scheduled a caII.

Step One: Sell the Bonds Step Two: Put that money in a SP500 ETF. Step Three: Win.
My dividend journey began when I realized that two particular expenses in my budget were always going to go up and never go down. The two expenses were taxes and insurance. I realized that the dramatic rise in both will need some added income. So, I started buying shares paying dividends. I can now see that this will be the path I need to take to make sure those two expenses will not overtake my future income.
As a beginner, educate yourself, Learn the basics of investing and the stock market. There are many resources available online, including books, articles, and online courses. It’s a good idea to diversify your portfolio across different stocks and sectors to minimize risk. I’ve heard of people accruing over $550k during recessions and inflation, its important to do your own research.
A lot of folks downplay the role of advlsors until being burnt by their own emotions. I remember couple summers back, after my lengthy divorce, I needed a good boost to help my business stay afloat, hence I researched for licensed advisors and came across someone of utmost qualifications. She's helped grow my reserve notwithstanding inflation, from $275k to $850K.
This is definitely considerable! think you could suggest any professional/advisors i can get on the phone with? I'm in dire need of proper portfolio allocation.
Angela Lynn Shilling is the licensed fiduciary I use. Just research the name. You’d find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment.

Recently bought some recommended stocks and now they are just penny stocks. There seems to be more negative portfolios in the last 3rd half of 2023 with markets tumbling, soaring inflation, and banks going out of business. My concern is how can the rapid interest-rate hike be of favor to a value investor, or is it better avoiding stocks for a while?
Focus on long term investments in property, stocks, and bonds. Avoid copying, daytrading and 'chart astrology'. Diversify across different geographies, industries, and value chain stages - to reduce your risk. You can do this with ETFs, or by selecting different stocks yourself. This is the best way to invest for more than 90% of people
I do agree, Investing has gotten difficult especially after pandemic, hence why I decided to use the expertise of an advisor, my spouse kicked against the idea initially, but oh well guess who's best buddies with our advisor now hehehe.
Glad to have stumbled on this comment, I will like to give this a try. Please who is your advisor and how do I get in touch?
ANGELA LYNN SCHILLING' is her name. She is regarded as a genius in her area and works for Empower Financial Services. She’s quite known in her field, look-her up.
Thank you for this tip. It was easy to find your coach. Did my due diligence on her before scheduling a phone call with her. She seems proficient considering her resume.
hey everyone! just wanted to share a great read that's been a game-changer for me lately. this ebook "Breaking the Cycle: Modern Day Rat Race" has seriously opened my eyes and helped me level up in life. if you're looking for some inspiration or want to learn something new, definitely give it a shot! trust me, you won't regret it. happy reading
Market is down still, I've been looking up strategies and apparently both bull and bear market condition provides equal avenue to accrue massive gains, and a news article particularly mentioned a 54 years old that made $180k in 5weeks, how do I learn these strategies, my portfolio has been stagnant for months.
For average individual, the tactics are rather demanding. Actually, most of them are effectively completed by professionals who possess the necessary knowledge and skills sets to carry out such trades
A downtrend offers an equally high-yielding avenue if you have the necessary skills and knowledge. This is why I've been using an investment advisor to scale up during this difficult time, and it's the only way I've been able to raise up to $150k in the last six months. It all comes down to technique. The downtrend gives you room to focus on the market and grow-substantially whether in the long or short run
I don't really know much about the market, but based on what little understanding I don have about supply and demand in the economy, now is the the best time to enter the market. The only thing preventing me, however, are the steady price fluctuations which shouldn't be a problem. However I really need an advisor, can you help?
Look for stocks that have paid steady, increasing dividends for years and have not cut their dividends even during recessions. Alternatively speaking to a certified market strategist can help with pointers on equities to acquire
Timothy Eric Meek is the licensed fiduciary I use, just research the name you'd find a necessary details to work with a correspondence to set-up an appointment

Roughly £120k in my portfolio are in tech/TSLA stocks, can I get an advice on any other stocks that I can acquire to diversify my reserve across multiple markets while creating a comprehensive portfolio allocation that balances my concerns of risk aversion and returns that meet yearly inflation.
You need to hire a financial advisor to help you diversify your portfolio by including Mutual Funds, Etf's, the 11 GICS groups, inflation-indexed bonds, and stocks of companies with reliable cash flows rather than growth stocks, where prices were based on future prospective earnings.
That's correct. At first, I wasn't too pleased with my gains compared to my previous performances, I was doing so poorly, I thought I needed to diversify into better assets, so I got in touch with an investment-advisor. That same year, I pulled a net gain of £550k, which is about 10 times more than I average on...
I’ve been looking to switch to an advisor for a while now. Any help pointing me to who your advisor is?

I searched for her full name online, found her page, and sent an email to schedule a meeting. Hopefully, she responds soon. Thank you
Buying a stock is easy, but buying the right stock without a time-tested strategy is incredibly hard. Hence what are the best stocks to buy now or put on a watchlist? I’ve been trying to grow my portfolio of $260K for sometime now, my major challenge is not knowing the best entry and exit strategies.
I want a minimal place so that gary can clean more efficiently
May I ask which investments are good? I've been looking at a few different ones but want others' opinions as well.
What I think everyone need is a Financial Adviser, who can help you get in and out of any investment at any time and you'd sure be in Profit...
Math? I dont have a clue what you are saying. I wish I could.
If I don’t own it, I don’t have to clean it ❤️🇦🇺
I just love every recommendation 😭
The problem is people treat their phones like toys, using it for entertainment, the key I found to less screen time, is to use it as a tool, with each pick up having a purpose, use it then put it away.
